Smart and Easy Looks with Elie Tahari Spring 2010
I love Elie Tahari because it is a well respected brand that looks to sell clothes to the woman who believes and trusts in the product. Simple, modern, and trendy - Elie has withheld a consistent brand focus - to sell high quality clothes to trendy women around the world. To me, most women are not looking to walk down the street with an over the top designer dud that will be "over" within the next year. They want to look put together, beautiful, and respected with an outfit that compliments just that! Elie has continued to fulfill this demand to women of all shapes, nationalities, and backgrounds.
Elie Tahari and T Tahari has such an amazing presence in all the major retail chains from Bloomingdales to Macy's to Neiman Marcus - and for good reason. Here are a few clean and simple looks to try this spring/summer:
New Pants and Shoulder Baring Looks at Giorgio Armani Spring 2010
Giorgio Armani presented a lot of looks for his Spring collection...50 to be exact. I wouldn't categorize myself as one of Giorgio's "ideal" muses. Which is okay, everyone is lured into different styles and brand names. There are two specific looks that allured me to his current collection. One is his new loose fitting suit combinations and the other is his shoulder baring looks (which isn't such a groundbreaking "new thing" - but I really loved his prints...and I think they are quite fun and carefree to be honest)

Minimalism at its Best: Gianfranco Ferré
I am not too familiar with these two designers but I had some pretty good marks in regards to their collection. Colors were pretty neutral and simple (white, beiges, golds, and some black) That doesn't meant their collection was boring, the intricate detailing was fabulous.
